Who is responsible
Flowlexi, Brazil, CNPJ 11.403.710/0001-89, controls personal data handled through flowlexi.com. Contact: privacy@flowlexi.com. This policy covers the company website. Accounts and products follow the Flowlexi Cloud policy.
What we use and why
Enquiries: your email, business process, channels, optional sector and referral context are emailed to our team to respond and discuss your request. Required fields enable a reply. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or call an AI model.
Security: request information, including IP addresses, supports hosting and abuse prevention. The form uses temporary hashed IP and email counters to limit abusive submissions.
Optional analytics: with your permission, self-hosted Umami measures visits and actions such as opening a product or submitting an enquiry, alongside browser, device and approximate-location data. Form contents are not sent to analytics. This site does not enable advertising trackers or session recordings.
Enquiries rely on steps you request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business contacts. Security relies on legitimate interest; required records on legal obligations. Analytics relies on consent. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you here.
Your analytics choice
Analytics stays off until allowed. Decline or withdraw through Privacy and analytics in the footer, without affecting the site or form. Your choice stays in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage resets it. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier consented processing. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Authorised staff and hosting, security and email providers handle data needed for those purposes. The site uses GitLab Pages; enquiries pass through Flowlexi Cloud and Forward Email. Processing may occur in Brazil, the US or other provider locations. Contact us for recipients and transfer safeguards applicable to your enquiry. International transfers must meet applicable legal requirements.
Enquiry correspondence is retained while responding and while related business discussions or legal obligations require it, including records needed to establish or defend a claim. Analytics supports comparisons of site use and investigation of problems. You can request information about retained records and deletion of data no longer necessary. GitLab states that Pages access logs are retained for seven days.
Your rights
Contact privacy@flowlexi.com for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, information about sharing, or to object. We may verify identity proportionately. Where the GDPR applies, you may withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. In Brazil, LGPD rights and complaints to the ANPD apply. US and other local laws may also allow authorised agents or an appeal of a refused request. We do not discriminate for exercising rights. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain lawful limitations or extensions.
This site addresses businesses, not children. Please avoid sending sensitive data or other people’s personal records. Changes appear here with an updated date.
